For those of you who don't want to commute to the Apple Store in Tampa, Florida, there is a new Apple Store in Brandon, Florida at Westfield Brandon.
The place was packed yesterday. I had the wife and kids check out the new 24“ Apple iMac. I had a chance to play with some Mac applications whose trials I didn't feel like downloading and installing at the moment:
- Adobe Dreamweaver
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office 2008 for the Mac
- Final Cut
- Aperture 2
They have all the iPods, iPhones, AppleTV's and other things you might want to play with.
If you go there with the kids, there is a little kids table for them to play with the various Mac computers as well.
They are supposed to have various free classes from time-to-time so I hope to check out them in the near future. Great way to get free insight on various applications.
