Don Smith mentions a new survey where you can give the Patterns & Practices Team a piece of your mind :) They have a list of 9 generic questions and then 9 questions for each service factory that you have used. At the end is a comment area where you can say anything - the good, the bad, and the ugly!
I recommend taking the survey as it is anonymous and may be the only way for your thoughts to be heard on how you feel about the quality of a particular Factory, management of the project, their track record on responding to bugs and community requests, and communication and support in the forums.
